Nerfpalooza Burbank is dedicated to delivering premier team-building and community engagement experiences through competitive recreational play. Our founder's background as a behavioral interventionist, working closely with families facing significant obstacles, instilled a deep understanding of community and inclusivity — and how a single interaction can leave a lasting impression. That belief is at the core of everything we do.
Our mission is to design and operate high-quality, safety-first Nerf-based events that strengthen organizational culture, foster collaboration, and create lasting value for our corporate, private, and community clients.

Giving Back
This special partnership program is exclusively designed for ministries, schools, hospitals, first responders, military, law enforcement, families in need, fundraisers, and other community-focused organizations. Through our generosity-based service model, we provide our mobile party experiences through donation-based arrangements.
Additionally, ten percent of all earnings from our regular services, and any donations, are donated back to support these very organizations and causes.
There is no limit to the ways we can serve. We invite qualifying organizations to partner with us and help make a positive impact in the community, reflecting our commitment to serving both community and families without limits.
Organizations can book events for their staff, community, families, congregations — with no limit on who can participate or how many events we can serve.
